Visiting Museum Huis Doorn

I am priviledged to stay Tilburg University as a visiting researcher, the Netherlands. The other day, I had an opprtunity to visit Huis Doorn where ex-Kaiser Wilhelm II spent his final days. Once, Clemenceau described Article 227 of the Treaty of Versaille as ‘the Beginning of Something Great.’ At times, it is necessary to look back at history and consider the future of international criminal law.
